Consolidating Pay Practices

Eastern CT Health Network manages four different types of payrolls due to different levels of staffing and compensation. Consolidating pay practices with project time and attendance involved re-building the entire payroll, trimming 600 earning codes down to 100, and then keying in the new earning codes. Boston WorkStation reduced this lengthy process considerably by taking the new earning code information from an Excel file and automating the keying to transfer the information.
