HRSA Reimbursement

HRSA Reimbursement

Who is Eligible

Providers may submit claims for uninsured individuals in the U.S. through the HRSA COVID-19 Uninsured Program Portal, and the HRSA COVID-19 Coverage Assistance Fund. HHS intends for the two programs to incent providers to get more shots in arms. Providers must verify and attest that the patient does not have individual, employer-sponsored, Medicare, or Medicaid coverage

What is Covered

The Biden-Harris Administration is providing free access to COVID-19 vaccines for every adult living in the United States. For dates of service or admittance on or after February 4, 2020, providers will be eligible to seek reimbursement for COVID-19 testing, treatment, and vaccine administration for uninsured individuals.
